Croudace is committed to delivering a high quality development at North East Didcot.

Croudace built over 1,000 homes and community facilities on Ladygrove between 1987 and 2003. The planning gain package for Ladygrove included two primary schools, a Neighbourhood Centre, Didcot Town Football Club stadium, a sports hall and ‘Ladygrove Park’. Croudace is equally committed to providing a range of community facilities at the North East Didcot site.

In addtion to its involvement with Science Vale UK, the University has also proposed to use its land holdings near Didcot to enable the provision of much needed housing in parallel with the employment growth planned in the area.
